The PCB for the Motor Controller is ready. Using the UV method is definately a faster way to make PCB. Thanks to 9M2CF and 9W2BSR!!! I mounted some components and managed to test the board although I am still waiting for some SMD components from Farnell. The motor will go forward when I apply 10V and above. Applying 8V and below, the motor will go reverse direction. No negative voltage required to reverse the motor direction. That's the wonder of bipolar full-bridge motor driver IC. The TLE4205 has a built-in comparator!
